Role: Strategic Partnerships Director
Pentatonic is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director role to be based in its London Studio, Hackney. Reporting to CMO/Co-Founder, the full time role will be focusing on the business leadership for each of Pentatonic’s most prestigious collaborations.
We are looking for a specialist in sustainable, material and product technologies in the consumer space with proven experience working with circular supply chains. Experience of account management with or for, high profile global consumer brands is a key requirement.
As Strategic Partnerships Director you will:
Lead Pentatonic’s partner business, initiating and overseeing thorough cross-categorical roadmaps for all major brand partnerships.
Have full responsibility for the timely delivery, profitability of brand partnerships and the projects that constitute them.
Clearly brief and energetically engage multiple internal functional colleagues to deliver each KPI for each brand, on time.
Evolve and grow each brand partnership over time.
Key skills and competencies:
Experience working with circular supply chains and manufacturing partners
Experience working with or on sustainable design technologies and innovations
Track record of account management with or for high profile global consumer brands
Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
Excellent negotiation skills and proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
Project management leadership in delivering end-to-end projects across functional teams
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
Technical background in engineering and/or the sciences
Analytical skills in Excel, SQL, Python
The ability to speak a foreign language
